How to Return an Item?

Returning a product is simple! Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Check Eligibility

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Certain products like personal care items, innerwear, and custom-made products may not be eligible for returns. (Check our non-returnable items list below.)

Step 2: Request a Return

• Log in to your Glamzip account and go to the Order History section.
• Select the item you want to return and click on ‘Request Return’.
• Alternatively, you can contact our customer support at fctinnovations & 9818522789 to initiate the return.

Step 3: Pack & Ship the Product

• Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
• We will arrange for a pickup from your location OR you may need to ship it back to our return.
• Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:
